By securing and managing federal grants, we develop programs that enhance job training, education, and career pathways for residents. Our efforts focus on connecting employers with qualified talent, creating opportunities for economic mobility, and addressing the evolving needs of our local economy. Through strategic partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations, we are driving workforce innovation to ensure Birmingham remains a hub for talent and opportunity.
