Transforming Birmingham
Strategic Real Estate Management for Purpose-Driven Development
Real Estate Management collaborates with entrepreneurs and developers to drive strategic investments that reinforce Birmingham as a city for purpose-driven builders. Our team manages six city-owned industrial parks, offering prime opportunities for businesses seeking space in key locations.
City Own Industrial Parks
Daniel Payne Industrial Park (283 acre-site)- The Premier Industrial Park is north of Birmingham’s central business district at the intersection of Coalburg Road and Daniel Payne Drive. The terrain is level to steeply sloping with elevations ranging from 720 feet to 450 feet (mean sea level). The Park could easily accommodate 3 to 30 acre site plans. The surrounding area is a fast -growing industrial corridor. The site is approximately within 1 mile to a mile and a half to all of the major interstates, I-65, I-22, and I-20/59.
Sites are available.
Oxmoor Industrial Park (218 acre-site) – The Park is located in the western area of the City of Birmingham. It is located off Lakeshore Drive, West Oxmoor Road, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. It was established in 1984. The Park is approximately 2 miles from I-65 and 7 miles from the central business district. The Park site is close to the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
